I started out in Water polo way back 25 years ago as this skinny little 11 year old kid. a. It is great to have all the information such as rules, basic techniques, defence and offensive tactics and other in one book
b. The explanations are very adequate for a beginner who has starting playing waterpolo
c. And the book itself is a promotion for waterpolo
d. In my opinion, I think the tactical part, is explained in a very informative way for a beginner.

Through my experience I found that the only way to be able to improve was to take my training to a higher level and train smarter instead of harder. How? Easy....
